2017 - 2018
An European influenced sandwich bar and coffeehouse birthed out of a husband and wife's passion, perfection and innovation for all things breads, pastries and savouries. Tracing a culinary heritage from this family's Portuguese and Singaporean lineage, the chefs will delight and excite while establishing a new normal with their culinary creations.
Upper Place / Wangz Hotel
2016 - 2017
A modern & contemporary restaurant at the statement Wangz Hotel, serving a modern Singaporean menu that focus on high quality beef and shellfish. The restaurant opened to great reviews from all major media outlets and was featured by the Michelin guide on the second month.
Nectar / Wangz Hotel
2016 - 2017
Wangz Hotel's signature lobby lounge, featuring designer furniture and an unbeatable late night ambience. The menu consisted of artisanal teas from England, served in silver tea pots and wooden trays, French organic fruit juices, single origin espresso beverages and a specially curated list of French wines from the best terroirs.
Lighthouse Bistro
2015 - 2016
A destination restaurant in the laid-back neighbour of Lavender, where fine service, refined comfort food and cocktails come together seamlessly. The restaurant has hosted numerous important events and weddings, and has been considered by many to be an unknown gem, just waiting to be discovered.
Two Wings / Timbre +
2016
A brand new concept was launched at Timbre + and exceeded all expectations, becoming the hot favourite amongst many other concepts. Its heritage concept anchored the introduction of the now famous and widely-copied salted eggs chicken wings.
Sprigs
2014 - 2015
A new player in trendy Purvis Street. Sprigs offered a European menu with a focus on herbs, spices and more healthy cooking. Boosting a casual but detailed interior, the restaurant become popular with expats and tourists, garnering good reviews on TripAdvisor which cemented it as a favourite for special occasions.
Academy Bistro / Supreme Court Singapore
2013 - 2014
Residing in the Supreme court, was a thirty year old institution that was only largely known to those in the law profession. Well-known for its executive lunch and provider of daily multiple breakout meetings, the restaurant also hosted the annual start for every legal year with a buffet for 500 law professionals.
Soho Coffee Boutique
2012 - 2013
In what became Armenian's street quintessential coffee boutique, we were the trendy locale for lovers of specially imported small-batch coffee beans and a great Brooklyn breakfast. Roasting our beans within the intimate dining lounge, we became a favourite amongst the Japanese community, with numerous Japanese tourists paying us a visit when they were in town.

2010 - 2011
A cafe designed with community at heart, our rotating roster of young music talents provided the perfect ambience for our guests. From our Super Stewsdays every Tuesday to our organic potato wedges that were oven-baked, our guests enjoyed an unpretentious ambience while enjoying wholesome cuisine cooked with heaps of heart.
