Isaac is the founder and CEO of CANA. After enrolling in SHATEC's class of 2002, he discovered his passion and love for the business, co-founding one of Singapore's first pop-up restaurants a year later. Since then, he has established himself in the industry by learning from the best during his formative years, starting four private restaurants and a F&B business development company. To date, he has been part of 35 establishments, among the very best at Fullerton Hotel, Sheraton Towers, San Marco, Maison de Fountain & Les Amis.

Culminating all of his knowledge, experience and passion of the last 17 years, Isaac now empowers others to develop successful F&B businesses that are trending, innovative, concept-driven, loved by the media and profit-focused. His comprehensive and conclusive approach in strategising and advising our clients to succeed in their own F&B concepts is derived from his many years of experience.

In recent years, he has invested and worked at developing the next generation of F&B professionals. To inspire them to be one of recognised profession, and to motivate them towards excellence. He recognises that the continuity and expansion of our approach to superlative dining lie in the hands of every single team member.
